b450m a pro.max 2 restart problem

Peace be upon you, I have a problem with my device. I have a b450m a bro max 2 with ryzen 5 5600x. The device restarts on its own, but even if I lower the processor speed to 4.20ghz, after that it works normally. Is there another solution so that I can benefit from the full processor speed?
